There generally is no catch, its possible for us to do this due to the following reasons.  We are a Cyber Security and Cloud training academy and always have additional resources across the complete technology stack, 30% of our business is in recruitment and real estate which is already starting to see outflows in terms of revenue.  This affects our professional services allocations which means we either need to let people go or find something for them to do.  We opted for "find something for them to do" in the form of the "£1M Tech Fund" as it takes a lifetime to train good technology people and our staff turnover is practically non-existent (which is something we would like to maintain).   We actually did a similar thing when COVID started and we got great feedback from our clients and tech teams alike.  The other key way we are able to achieve this is due to our partnerships with top vendors.  On the Cloud side we are Advanced & Gold Partners with AWS and Microsoft which allows us to get the top level funding from them on behalf of all of our clients.   We also partner with RoboShadow on Cyber security which allows us to roll out and fully license enterprise grade cyber tech on their behalf.
